Stephanie Heiser is a local real estate agent, community events coordinator, and executive director of TEDxVisalia. After becoming a Vice Principal, Stephanie left education to pursue real estate as an agent and investor. She sold 54 houses her first year being licensed, propelling her to the top 2% of the nation’s largest brokerage. She’s was interviewed on several podcasts and advocated for agents to put their mental health first by staying true to themselves in their entrepreneur journey. This led her to become a conference coordinator, speaker, and small business coach. She is also a staunch advocate for community engagement, forging partnerships with local organizations to extend TEDxVisalia's reach and impact. By championing inclusivity and collaboration, she has turned her events into a catalyst for connection and positive action within the community.
